As mentioned before, why did they all see the illusions when they arrived before the disks were placed on them. A great episode spotlighting Barbara.

Barbara is my favorite character in season one, and this episode is a big reason why...

Oh and I loved the brain slugs! What a great twist.

This was the first episode where I really liked Barbara.

In fact this was like the best episode yet. Fun how we stopped to tell a standalone story that was good in itself, as part of the larger serial story.

I feel like this is the first serial that really feels like the Doctor Who I know. Best serial yet.

MORPHO: "Kill her. Kill her. Kill her... Kill her! Kill her! Argh!"

This was another good episode, I liked Barbara being the hero and killing all of the brains.

I'm liking this story way better than the others. Barbara swinging for the fences. For this time period, usually the women are damsels in distress but not this episode

"A deep form of deep hypnosis". That's deep alright.

I'm confused. So, they hyponitise or whatever all the gang but Barbara, so they would see everything as being fancy, but she sees the truth, and so has to be killed. But, when the gang first showed up, they saw everything as fancy already, before being hypnotised. If they could do that one time, why not do it to Barbara after the device thing fell off? Makes no sense. Which is to bad, cause the underlying idea isn't half bad.
